Agustín Strizzi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He started playing drums and doing gigs since his early years at School.
His musical education is a reflection of his interests and concerns. On one side, the formal one, at the Palermo University, the ITMC (Contemporary Music Institute) and at Argentine Society of Authors and Music Composers (SADAIC) and on the other side, the informal one. He´s taken privat lessons with experts and renown musicians. He´s also traveled to expand his musical horizons, such as to USA, Brazil, Cuba, Uruguay & Poland.
Music doesn´t know about borders…and neither does he! He´s toured and performed extensively as well on Rock stages, TV Shows or Jazz Festivals as Theaters and Musicals in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Cuba, Germany, Spain, France, Lithuania, Mexico, Poland, Rumania, Switzerland y Uruguay.
At the moment Agustin is focused on the production of his new record, his teaching activities and the demand as a sideman.
